Speaking Engagement

Nearly 8 in 10 employees are sleepwalking through their workday (Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace 2024 report).

Why? Because they’re not just disengaged — they’re invisible, silenced, and undervalued.

Imagine a Workplace Where Every Employee Feels Seen, Heard, and Valued

Surface-level solutions like team lunches and wellness apps won’t solve the deeper issues. To build a thriving workplace, we need to create a culture of understanding, connection, and support.

That’s where I come in.
I connect clinical mental health insights with employees’ real-world challenges, offering practical tools to create meaningful workplace change.

Beyond Credentials: A Personal Mission

My passion for workplace well-being stems from personal experience. My own journey through the mental health system — misdiagnosed, mistreated, and ultimately finding healing and growth — ignited a mission to change how we approach mental health.

This mission became even more personal after losing a loved one to suicide, a loss that underscored the urgent need for genuine understanding, connection, and support in every part of life, including the workplace.

Over the years, I’ve worked across hospitals, community intervention team, and GP clinics. One truth emerged: real change happens when we stop trying to squeeze people into boxes and start honoring their complete stories.

Through this perspective, I bridge the gap between mental health theory and lived reality, providing mindset shifts and actionable strategies that empower employees and leaders alike.
