From Insights to Real Change

I was hesitant about going back to therapy – not because of bad experiences, but because I felt stuck repeating the same insights over and over without real change. I’d spent years in therapy understanding my patterns, but still struggled to feel different.

Working with Roxanne was like discovering a new path. She showed me how to tune into my body’s wisdom in a way that went beyond just understanding my thoughts and feelings. The changes were subtle at first, but profound – I found myself naturally responding differently to old triggers, rather than just knowing I ‘should’ respond differently.

Now I have a way of being with myself that feels real and sustainable, not just another technique to practice.
